Wine Bottle Planters!

The Cottage House instructions say: Go to your craft store and buy a bottle cutter, cut the bottom off and fill half full of soil, then place in plants, water and let lay {down} for 5 days or more, the roots will expand and hold in the soil, hang with a wire and water thru the top!
