Homemade Mayo

Must try!
First ever attempt at Homemade Mayo. The recipe is adapted from one in The Fresh Egg Cookbook by Jennifer Trainer Thompson. Adapted because I didn't have all the ingredients on hand and really wanted to try it this morning ! Oh and I because of my Scandinavian background I feel compelled to put dill into everything !

I used 1/2 C olive oil, 1/2 C vegetable oil, 1 egg, 1/4 t salt, 1/4 t Dijon with Chardonnay, 1 T fresh lemon juice, 1 t dried dill, dash of white pepper.

I wish you all could taste it ! I'ts truly amazing.
