Amazing classes today! Gardening & seeds, manure & pasture management, Irish & Scottish cows, beef & milk, birthing cows...next week, sheep & goats I think, wool, milk, & some spinning. This is such a great program...so many wonderful, fun, & practical things to learn :-D
