Zucchini Dill Pickles

Cut to look like cucumber spears, zucchini make terrific pickles. Serve them with your favorite burger or sandwich.

I'm currently the Assistant Manager for the Burlington Skagit Farmers Supply Country Store; loving every minute of it! I have an ATA Degree in Human Services/Social Work with a background in Art & Chemical Dependency. I went through WSU for Livestock Advisor & will be going back to WSU soon for the Master Gardner's Program. My children are home-schooled part time.
